Academic Research

Everest International Clinic and Research Center (EICRS) is a center with well equipped laboratory to conduct molecular research in infectious diseases. The center is receiving master students to work on molecular analysis of infectious diseases. The laboratory aims to provide hands on experiences in molecular biological techniques to the students and researchers visiting in the center. The students will be supervised by highly experienced scientists in different areas of life science. EICRS welcome students willing to conduct research on:

  • Different aspects in virus (Dengue, Japanese encephalitis etc), Bacteria (Mycobacterium sps.), Parasites (Leishmania, Plasmodium, Entamoeba etc).
  • Molecular epidemiology
  • Guidance for developing Thesis Proposal
  • Close Monitoring and supervision by supervisors
  • Guidance in writing manuscript for scientific publication
  • Participate in training conducted by the Center
